Autumnal bliss and the secret shelter…

Gardening and Landscaping, Brighton, sussex, LondonWe ventured out of Sussex into Kent this weekend for a beautiful walk in Angley Woods, Cranbrook. The High Weald Landscape Trail passes through this lovely mixed deciduous and conifer woodland and the sun shining through the trees highlighted so well the spectrum of Autumnal colour so glorious at this time of year.  The ever increasing carpet of fallen leaves was framed perfectly by the evergreen Pines and Silver Birch trunks. There are also some dramatic old WWII bomb craters which help to create a magnificent natural playground and even an Anderson shelter which we are yet to find! The mystery continues….
