The workmanship was of a high standard, and attentional to detail would appear to come as standard! The client couldn’t help blurting out how happy she was with the work.
We were so delighted with our Quality Standard Review (QSR) from the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) that we thought we would share it as our Garden ‘WOW’ in our first blog of the year. We are not in the practice of shouting about what we do as our natural habitat is heads down working on site! However, when a review like this comes along from BALI it feels like an appropriate moment.
‘Quality’ in the ‘QSR’ is defined as being able to “consistently and systematically deliver what the client can reasonably expect” so it feels relevant at this point to also celebrate the testimonials generously written by our clients which are evidence of Simon Scott Landscaping exceeding the expectations of the clients we work with. We are incredibly proud of this.
With huge thanks to Richard Gardiner, BALI Technical Officer (Quality), who undertook the QSR process and with whom it was a pleasure to discuss our business and show round our projects. How could we not also highlight Bo from Bo Cook Landscape and Garden Design, who designed two of the projects built by us visited with Richard as part of the review. We were very thrilled with his quotes relating to the Entertaining Garden project designed by Bo as it sums up why we both do what we do.
A beautifully conceived and executed scheme, I honestly thought some elements were original, such was the skill in both selection of the materials and subsequent installation, an absolute gem.
